Otto Canon is a multiple award-winning Sustainability and Environment Consultant, committed to restoring our fast-degrading environment from breakage. He is an advocate for the propagation and embrace of Sustainability practices across the world, and driving a lasting change through sustainability policy reforms across and amongst Governments, Corporations and Communities. Over his 10 years-plus experience as a social entrepreneur, community organizer and sustainability consultant, he has worked with multilateral organizations across various sectors, and has helped to design, implement, and scale several social programs. This has earned him global recognition. In 2016, he founded CleanCyclers to recycle batteries, solar panels, plastics and paper waste, and also, to plant trees to mitigate the effects of climate change. CleanCyclers also promote these practices as a lifestyle in achieving a sustainable environment, healthy communities and healthy citizens. CleanCyclers is one of the leading Environment sustainability social enterprises in Africa and Uk, and over the years Otto Canon has worked with over 5,000 volunteers across 10 countries, and they have recycled over 100,000 tonnes of plastics, batteries, solar panels, and paper waste. They have planted over 45,000 trees. Otto Canon has led his team in sensitizing over 100,000 children, youth and adults on environment issues, bothering around waste management, recycling, pollution, climate change, as well as their prospective sollutions. Otto Canon has acquired a vast range of study knowledge from CoventryUniversity, Cambridge University, and Rouxbourg Institutes. He is a member of Nigerian Environmental Society (NES), Waste Management Association of Nigeria (WAMASON), Recycling Association of Nigeria (RAN), Chattered Management Institute England, United Kingdom(CMI), and Fellow of Royal Society of Art, United Kingdom(FRSA) His vision is to create an inclusive participatory and mutually benefiting society where it is everybody's responsibility to uphold and promote sustainable practices across Government, Corporations, and Communities.
